3. <br />Mr. James Eo Gillis f~br the operation of the traffic light at <br />Miner Road and Wilson Mills Road. <br />O~.eratin~~I,ev~: Mr. Lockemer read the letter signed by Mayor <br />Busa and Council which is being i7iailed to all residents of the <br />village requesting an aff'"irmative vote by the electorate for <br />renewal of our 2.7 Mill Operating Levy. <br />Solicitor: Mr. Edelman: It is necessary to borrow from the <br />Specia Assessment Bond Retirement Fund to finance this year°s <br />portion of the cost of moving the utilities in connection with <br />the widening of SOM Center Road. <br />RESOLUTION 82: Mr. Leech, seconded by Mr. Davis, introduced <br />RESOLUTION -7 , Entitled, "A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CLERK- <br />TREASURER TO CERTIFY TO THE COUNCIL THE ESTIMATED LIFE OF THE <br />PROPERTY•..AND INLPROVEMENTS FOR WHICH BONDS ARE TO BE ISSUED IN <br />THE SUM OF EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS (~~8,000.00) FOR THE PURPOSE <br />OF PAYING A PORTION OF THE COST OF MOVI~?G THE PUBLIC UTILITIES <br />TN CONNECTION WITH 1'HE WIDENING OF SOM CENTER ROAD, AND ALSO <br />TO CERTIFY THE MAXIMUM MATURITY. OF SUCH BONDS, IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH REVISED CODE SECTION 133.21 AS TO THE MAXIMUM MATURITY <br />OF THE NOTE TO BE ISSUED IN A1~TTICIPATION OF SUCH BOP;fDS." Mr. <br />Leech, seconded by Mr. Davis, made a motion to suspend the <br />rules of law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate <br />occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: I~Tessrs. Leech, Fitz-Gerald, <br />Bordonaro, Boger, Schmidt and Davis. NAYS: None. <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Boger, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that Resolution #782 <br />be approved and passed as read. ROLL CALL: AYES: Messrs. <br />Leech, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Bager, Schmidt and Davis. <br />NAYS: None. . <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adop-~ed <br />The.Clerk-treasurer then filed his certificate pursuant to <br />said resolutiono <br />ORDINANCE 70®43o Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Boger, introduced <br />ORDINANCE 70-43, Entitled: "AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE <br />ISSUE OF A NOTE IN ATvTICIPATION OF THE ISSUE OF BONDS FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF PAYMENT OF A PORTION OF THE COST OF MOVING THE <br />PUBLIC UTILITIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE WIDENING OF SOM CENTER <br />ROAD." Mr. beech, seconded. by 1~r. Fitz-Gerald, made a motion <br />to suspend the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read <br />on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: Messrs.
