40 Insurance: Mr. Davis, seconded by Mro Boger, made a motion ;to re-advertise for bids for comprehensive public liability and property damage insurance covering operations of the village and the motor vehicles of the village. Given a first readingm Mr. Leech urged: (1) Passage on Nov. 3'9 J_9']0 of the x$61,000 9 000 0 00 Judicial Center Bond Issue9 (2) Passage o-f .County Plan of Govern- ment on the county ballot; (3) Additional data regarding money to sequence the lights on Wilson Mills Road; and (4) The pol- itical groups represented on the Mayor°s Advisory Board create a citizen's group to work on the Master Plan. Mr. Lockemer: We have been notified that we probably will not get any sales tax money this year because of delay caused by court action.. We are about X6,000.00 in the red in our General Fund. rrobably about X20,000.00 we are not going to have for the rest of the year. The reciprocity on income tax is dis- continued as of October 1, 1970 by the C~.~y of Cleveland but a court action is building to prevent this action until the end of 1971. r~2r. Schmidt : Stated that we are holdir}g back spending of ' village funds now except for emergencies. Mr. Schmidt asked for comments from the floor: Mr. Ed Schultz, Chairman, of the Village Civic League stated that the majority of 'the people on his petitions were against Ordinances #70m30 and #70®3~. He plans to take his referendum petitions to I'~Zr. Lockemer. Mrs.~Gillis would like to have a property tax re-evaluation of all residential property from Route #91 west on Wilson Mills Road. She had hoped for a councilrnanic action on this. She also wished to know what the "gurgling" after a storm is at the corner of Wilson Mills and SOM Center Roads.. (Mro D°Agostino said it would be remedied after the road widening and improve- ~uents are made on SOM Center Road.) Mr. Howard Schulz was quite vocal about sewer pollution in our villageo Mra Richard Schanfarber questioned the handling of his city income tax by the collection center (Cleveland). He also wanted it to be known that he sent in his resignation by letter as Chairman of the Kenwood North Estates to the Mayor's Advis- ory Committee. Mr. Florian Rickey is very concerned about the accidents at the corner of Miner and Wilson Mi11s Road. Of concern to him also are the new K-Mart and Fisher-Fazio Companies being built in Highlands Heights and the added burden to our village police department.
