2. <br />Mr. Hovancsek stated that they did not receive the approval of <br />the state on their plans. The tank will have a cover. The <br />three letters also asked that the pumping station and shredder <br />plant be expanded and improved. <br />Cleveland Water: Mayor Busa: Agreement to use water and an <br />agreement to rates - shelved for another meeting. <br />Renewal of 2.~ Operating Levi and Bond Issue: Mayor Busa and <br />Council Members thanked all voters foror t~ie~ir support. <br />Vil~la~e Hall Buildin~Pro ress Report: Mr. Leech: Thanked <br />tie people for -their suppo ~laas and specifications are on <br />file. Received final plans and met with architects. Adver- <br />tise this Wednesday, November 18, 1970, and expect prior to <br />next council meeting bids to do .the remodeling work. The <br />architect's, Huston & Associates, fee will be X10,000.00, which <br />is very good for this type of work. We have already paid <br />X2,000®00 and $5,500.00 is due now. The balance of X2,500.00 <br />is due upon completion of project. <br />Mr. Leech, seconded by Mr. Davis, made a motion to pay our <br />obligation of $5,500.00 to Huston & Associates. Roll Call: <br />AYES: Messrs. Leech, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro', Boger, Schmidt <br />and Davis. rTAYS: None. <br />' Motion Carried <br />Plans .are now available for viewing of the proposed remodeled <br />town hall at the present temporary town hall in the Van Curen <br />Building. <br />Re-evaluation of Pay Seale: Mr. Schmidt:. Deferred to the <br />first of the year. <br />ORDINANCE ~0__-36: Entitled, "AN ORDINAT~ICE TO AMEND ORDINANCE <br />N0. 69-7, ENTITLED:"AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING REQUIREMENTS <br />FOR GASOLINE SERVICE STATIONS", BY ADDING SECTION 1 (a) PER- <br />TAINING TO ABANDONED AND INOPERATIVE GASOLINE SERVICE STATIONS." <br />Given a third reading. Mr. Leech, seconded by Mr. Boger, made <br />a motion to suspend the rules of law requiring an ordinance <br />to be read on three separate occasions. Ro11 Call: AYES: <br />Messrs. Leech, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Boger, Schmidt and <br />Davis. NAYS: None. <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Schmidt, seconded by Mr, Leech, moved that Ordinance <br />#70-36 be approved and passed as read. Roll Call: AYES: <br />Messrs. Leech ,.Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Boger, Schmidt and <br />Davis. NAYS: None. <br />T~Iotion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. beech suggested that all existing service stations in our <br />village be advised by the clerk by sending a copy of this <br />ordinance to each of them. <br />
