2. <br />Master Plan: Mr. Fitz-Gerald stated that it is going in the <br />right direction and council should encourage it. Mr. Fitz- <br />Gerald, seconded by Mr. Boger, made a motion for councilmanic <br />confirmation of the 11 members of the Citizen's Committee. <br />doll Call: AYES: Messrs. Leech, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, <br />Boger, Schmidt and Davis. NAYS: None. <br />Motion Carried <br />Confirmation Approved <br />Mayor Busa thanked the council. <br />Village Hall: Mr. Leech: Bids were opened December 18, 1970 <br />in Mich. contractors competed for the rebuilding~of town <br />hall destroyed by fire. <br />General Trades contractor and low base bidder was Seifert <br />Construction Company for X68,600.00. Deferring the alternate <br />bid of $21,700.00 until January. <br />ORDINANCE #70-53: Introduced by Mr. Leech, seconded by Mr.. <br />roger, 1'l~A7T~ #70-53, Entitled: "AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING <br />THE BID OF SEIFERT CONSTRUCTION CO. FOR THE GENERAL TRADES <br />WORK IN CONNECTION WITH THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE VILLAGE <br />HALL." Mr. Leech, seconded by Mr. Boger, made a motion. to <br />' suspend the rules of law -requiring an ordinance be read on <br />three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs. Leech, <br />Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Boger, Schmidt and Davis. NAYS: None. <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Leech, seconded by Mr. Boger, moved that Ordinance #70-53 <br />be approved and passed as read. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs. <br />Leech, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Boger, Schmidt and Davis. <br />NAYS: None. <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />The plumbing contractor and low base bidder was Ideal Plumb- <br />ing and Heating Company for $7,700.00. <br />ORDINANCE X70-54: Introduced by Mr. Leech, seconded by Mr. <br />Fitz-Gerald, Ordinance ,#70-54, Entitled: "AN ORDINANCE <br />ACCEPTING THE BID OF IDEAL PLUMBING AND HEATING COMPANY <br />FOR THE PLUMBING WORK IN CONNECTION WITH THE RECONSTRUCTION <br />OF THE VILLAGE HALL." Mr. Fitz-Gerald, seconded by Mr. Leech, <br />made a motion to suspend the rules of law requiring an ordin- <br />ance to be read on three separate occasions.. Roll Call: AYES: <br />Messrs. Leech, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Boger, Schmidt and <br />Davis. NAYS: None. <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Leech, seconded by Mr. Boger, moved that Ordinance #70-54 <br />be approved and passed as read.
