NAYS: None. <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Contract completion date is April 15, 1971. <br />Mr. Fitz-Gerald and Mayor Busa thanked Mr. Leech for doing <br />such a fine job. <br />Master Plan: Mayor Busa read a "charge" to the newly-formed <br />Master Phan Citizen°s Committee and presented same in writing <br />to Chairman Smith. It contained a brief summary .of the duties <br />and responsibilities of the committee. Although not all in- <br />( ~ ~ elusive, it would serve as a~starter and may be supplemented <br />from time to time by council: <br />Mr. Leech suggested that in January the Master Plan Committee <br />come in and give the council their 1°modus operandi". <br />
