3~ <br />ORDINANCE 71®15 :. Mro Schmidt, seconded by Mr. Boger, introduced <br />ORDINANCE 71®15, Entitled: "AN ORDINANCE TO OBTAIN THE SERVICES <br />OF JAMES MURPHY TO PLOW THE SNOW FROM CERTAIN SIDEWALKS IN THE <br />VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD." Mr.- Leech, seconded by Mr. Bordonaro, made <br />a motion to suspend the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be <br />read on three separate occasions.. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs. Leech, <br />Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Boger, Schmidt and Davis. NAYS: None. <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules-Suspended <br />Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Leech, moved that Ordinance #71-15 <br />be approved and passed as reado Roll Call: AYES: Messrso Leech, <br />Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Boger, Schmidt and Daviso NAYS: Noneo <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Davis asked for enforcing the sidewalk ordinance in order to <br />keep people from having to walk on the street. There is snow on <br />the sidewalk at the northwest corner of SOM Center and Wilson Mills <br />Rdso Chief Shortle stated that the snow plowing of roads was the <br />cause. Mayor Busa asked to keep main sidewalks openo <br />Perms Code Systems: Mro Edelman: They indexed all ordinances <br />through the falls 19690 It should be kept updated and is not to <br />exceed $3000-per brief. Mr. Leech, seconded by Mr. Bordonaro, <br />agreed that it should be donee <br />ORDINANCE 71-16: •Mro Bordonaro, seconded by Mro Leech, introduced <br />ORDINANCE 71-16, Entitled: "AN ORDINANCE TO EMPLOY PERMA CODE <br />SYSTEMS, INCo TO KEEP THE INDEX OF THE VILLAGE ORDINANCES UP TO <br />DATE." .Mro Schmidt, seconded by Mro Fitz-Gerald, made a motion <br />to suspend the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on <br />three separate occasionso Roll Call: AYES: Messrso Leech, Fitz- <br />Gerald, Bordonaro, Boger, Schmidt and Daviso NAYS: Noneo <br />Motion.Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mro Leech, moved that Ordinance #71m16 <br />be approved and passed as reado Roll Call: AYES: Messrso Leech, <br />Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Boger, Schmidt and Daviso NAYS: Noneo <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Donray Products Co: Mr. D°Agostino: A malfunction of their <br />sewers previously reported has been corrected by ,the states <br />Reciprocity: Mayor Busa recommended to appoint a sub-committee <br />to work with the mayor to help him make recommendations to council <br />relative to local income tax, Messrso Edelman, Fitz-Gerald and <br />Leech will serve on the sub-committee and Mro Schmidt shall be <br />an alternated Mro Boger, seconded by Mro Davis,~made a motion to <br />accept these appointmentso <br />Motion Carried <br />Appointments Accepted <br />
