Given a <br /> second reading in December. <br /> Mro Fitz-Gerald stated the changes in the proposed Gould Proposal <br /> which have been acceptable to Gould, Into Motion made by Mro <br /> Fitz-Gerald to amend proposed Ordinance #70-51 in the following <br /> respects; first, amending the legal description in Section 1 so <br /> as to except -from the rezoned ,section from the property first <br /> 215' of property south of Wilson Mills Rdo with the provision <br /> that the building line should be 215° south of the southerly line <br /> of Wilson Mills Rd, With the further provision, that in computing <br /> the maximum allowable lot coverage within the meaning of Ordinance <br /> X1969-2g all of the property from the southerly line of the pro- <br /> perty described in the ordinance to the southerly line of Wilson <br /> Mills Rdo should be countedo And by adding Section 1-a which <br /> provides that no driveway or road should be constructed exiting <br /> on Worton Park Drive; and that the driveway leading to Wilson Mills <br /> Rdo shall be at such point as shall be mutually agreed upon be- <br /> tween Planning and `Coning Commission and the owners; and by adding <br /> Section 1-b providing that the side yard, free of any structures <br /> and parking area on the west side of the premises, shall be 70° <br />deep; and that any fence on the westerly side shall be constructed <br /> in such a manner as to preserve th.e trees and natural beauty and <br /> that no driveway shall be constructed in said yard and said side <br /> yard shall be maintained so as to preserve the trees and natural <br /> beauty thereofo <br />Motion by Mro Fitz-Gerald, seconded by Mro Leech, that proposed <br />Ordinance #70-51 be amended in the respects above statedo Roll <br />Call: AYES: Messrso Leech, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Boger, Schmidt <br />and Davis.
