Mayor stated that without a contract Highland Heights and Mayfield Heights police cannot communicate with us although they could be possibly one foot away from each other on the streeto With this contract it will cost us $30000 per month now as opposed to $90000 with University Heightso ORDINANCE 71-17: Mro Schmidt, seconded by Mro Leech, introduced ORDINANCE ~71-17, Entitled: "AN ORDINANCE TERMINATING THE CONTRACT KITH THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS FOR RADIO SERVICE UPON 60 DAYS NOTICEo" Mro Leech, seconded by Mro Boger, made a motion to suspend the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separ- ate occasionso Roll Call: AYES: Messrso Leech, Fitz®Gerald, Bord- onaro, Boger, Schmidt and Daviso NAYS: Noneo Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mro Bordonaro, seconded by Mro Boger, moved that Ordinance #71-17 be approved and passed as reads Roll Call: AYES: Messrso Leech, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Boger, Schmidt and Daviso NAYS: Noneo Motion Carried Ordinance Passed
