Dwight Lockemer, Jr. having re- <br />signed as Clerk-treasurer, the mayor has appointed Mr. John <br />D. Relic as Clerk-treasurer to complete the term of IVir. <br />Lockemer under the authority of the Ohio Statutes. I~lr.
