New Business: Multicon-Aintree Park Development: Mr. William Harper presented drawings of the projected landscaping to be done at this location at the completion of their facility on S.O.M. Center Rd. He stated that at the inception they had planned to save as many trees as possible but when they get into. the actual engineering of the project they were requir- ed to do work on the site that became necessary to lace the area with a network of pipes. Their only solution, in the price range of 935,000 to ~w45,000, was to up the landscap- ing budget. The drawings were referred to I-Ir. Hopkins, Chairman of the Planning and coning Commission for workshop study and coordination with the architectural board and re- port back to next council meeting. T%ir. Harper was asked for a written guarantee that this landscaping, if accepted, would be completed. TJIr. Bordonaro stated•that the occupancy per- mit should not be granted until their committment has been completed. ~irchitectural Board: Mr. beech: Met on i.Jov. 4, 1971. The veterinary hospital building was approved; a tool shed; 5 plans for homes on Forbes Rd. were submitted but only 1 was approved and 4 were rejected. Buildin~~C Grounds Committee : I`1lessrs .
