" Given a second reading. <br />New Business: <br />Multicon-Aintree Park Development: Mr. William Harper <br />presented drawings of the projected landscaping to be done <br />at this location at the completion of their facility on <br />S.O.M. Center Rd. He stated that at the inception they had <br />planned to save as many trees as possible but when they get <br />into. the actual engineering of the project they were requir- <br />ed to do work on the site that became necessary to lace the <br />area with a network of pipes. Their only solution, in the <br />price range of 935,000 to ~w45,000, was to up the landscap- <br />ing budget. The drawings were referred to I-Ir. Hopkins, <br />Chairman of the Planning and coning Commission for workshop <br />study and coordination with the architectural board and re- <br />port back to next council meeting. T%ir. Harper was asked for <br />a written guarantee that this landscaping, if accepted, would <br />be completed. TJIr. Bordonaro stated•that the occupancy per- <br />mit should not be granted until their committment has been <br />completed. <br />~irchitectural Board: Mr. beech: Met on i.Jov. 4, 1971. The <br />veterinary hospital building was approved; a tool shed; 5 <br />plans for homes on Forbes Rd. were submitted but only 1 was <br />approved and 4 were rejected. <br />Buildin~~C Grounds Committee : I`1lessrs . Boger-Bordonaro : 11 <br />collapsible coat rack for council chambers is to be procured <br />at the earliest possible date and at a cost o~f under v~300.00. <br />xll agreed. <br />Recreation Committee: i~~r.
