Ruth Gillis: "The tree ordinance is really a 'baby,'
as the school board was guilty of the sane offense a month
ago. (Mayor Busa stated that Messrs. D'i~gostino and I-iov-
anesek will check it out and mail a copy of the ordinance to
them.) She also suggested when developers come into our
village to give them a copy of this ordinance. (TUTayor
Busa stated that this is a point well taken.) Further,
she referred to the 14th lmendment of the U. S. Constitution,
spelled it out and reflected upon her previous and future
references to it. Also, she would like this body to
familiarise itself with the Fifth Amendment because in time
she'll make reference to it.
There being no further business, Mr. Fitz-Gerald, seconded
by i'~'lr. Davis, made a motion to adjourn.
