bZ <br />their May•4 Caucus. <br />Community Life Insurance Co. - Change - Mayor Carmen said that Mr. Barrett <br />has advised him that there is an error on the life insurance policy. It <br />currently reads, occupational; it should read non-occupational. He <br />explained that this takes out the double coverage that would exist. It is <br />different from the coverage we had. Mayor Carmen asked if Council wanted <br />to consider it now, or if they wanted to ask Mr. Barrett to attend the <br />Caucus to explain it further. <br />Council agreed. <br />Council agreed that they would like Mr. Barrett to attend the Caucus: They <br />will take this up at that time. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 87-27, entitled; "A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />APPROVAL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE FOR THE TRANSFER OF CONTROL OF ITS CABLE <br />TELEVISION FRANCHISEE, TELERAMEI, INC. DBA VIACOM CABLEVISION OF CLEVELAND, <br />TO NATIONAL AMUSEMENTS, INC. AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by <br />Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Basile made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a <br />resolution to be read on three separate occasions. There was no.second <br />to the motion. Resolution No. 87-27 given first reading. <br />First Reading of ReSolution No. 87-28, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br />THE MAYOR AND PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH HIGHLAND <br />HEIGHTS, OHIO, FOR JOINT MAINTENANCE OF THE TRAC TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM ON <br />WILSON MILLS ROAD AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Fred N. <br />Carmen. <br />Mr. Etzler, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to suspend.the rules of <br />Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Etzler, seconded by Mr. Goley, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. <br />87-28. <br />Chief Stevens explained that this agreement is to renew existing equipment. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 87-11, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE REPEALING <br />SECTION 147.02(a) (3) OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, <br />PERTAINING TO THE COORDINATOR FOR THE COMMISSION ON AGING AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY.".
