He said he did not have <br />a11 the specifics, but would be sending a notiee to Mr. Amendola regarding <br />her problem. <br />Mr. Goley said Council had talked about a rubbish container ordinance and <br />he thought Mr. Feneli was compiling information from other communities. <br />Mr. Feneli said he had obtained copies of legislation adopted by other <br />municipalities and asked if Council would like copies of them. <br />Council agreed that Mr. Feneli should just draft legislation for Mayfield <br />Village from the information included on the other municipalities legislation. <br />Mr. Goley said he has a report of some violations which he will give to <br />Donna to copy to Council and Mr. Amendola. These are items to be corrected. <br />Mr. Flynn said he sees a member of the Civil Service Commission in the <br />audience, Mr. Ralph Tarsitano. He said the Commission did a great job on <br />the Fire Chief exam. <br />Mr. Petschauer said he has a number of complaints. He asked Mr. Basile if <br />these items could be included on the Caucus agenda; r4r. Basile agreed. <br />Mr. Feneli said there is an item of pending litigation which he will bring <br />up to Council during the Executive Session. <br />Mr. Basile said he saw a letter Mr. Amendola sent to residents regarding <br />leaves, etc. and asked if the problems were being taken care of. <br />Mr. Amendola said they were being taken care of. <br />Mr. Basile asked the status of the drainage problem on Highland Road. <br />Mr. Hovancsek was contacted by Rusty Rosebeck of Sunrise Development Company <br />last week. He indicated that they had turned that over to their construction <br />people and that the problem would be corrected within a couple of weeks.
