99 Mr. Amendola explained that before the streets that have swales are paved we will flush out all driveway ,pipes and will be filling in the cracks in areas where needed. Mayor Carmen asked Mr. Hovancsek to look at the storm sewers under all streets to be paved. Further discussion was held regarding sink holes, berm deterioration, etc. Mr. Hovancsek will 1'ook into the question of lateral support.. He explained that the Village must fill in the berm areas immediately to avoid deterioration. Mayor Carmen asked Mr. Hovancsek to look at the Worton Park area to see if the contractor can patch the area when they come in to resurface the other areas. Roll Cal.l: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted First Reading of Resolution No. 87-53, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL TO EXECUTE AN.C-AGREEMENT WITH THE REGIONAL INCOME TAX AGENCY FOR CERTAIN COMPUTER SERVICES AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. . Mr. Goley, seeonded by Mr. Petschauer, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mr. Petschauer, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 87-53.' Mr. Patrick said there will be a meeting on June 25 at R.I.T.A. He said they hope to have the equipment by late August, and plan to have the payroll on the new system Uy January lst, 1988. The R.I.T.A. Board, as of this date, have not turned down a member city, (we are a member.)
