'. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Agenda Asnended <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS. • - <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola reported on the meeting held.June 11. <br />The Board approved an industrial addition (Euclid Industries); two single-family <br />dwellings, two,decks, and another room addition. Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola.said there was no requirement for a meeting. <br />Cemetery - Mr. Goley reported that the Committee held their annual.meeting. <br />They discussed what needs to'•be done in the next year and elected a new <br />tr.easurer (Mrs. Riedel). A new sexton was hired. Since they are in need.of <br />new equipment and need to take care of dying trees, they need additional funds. <br />The three communities agreed to raise the dues for 1987 to,$1,300 this year. <br />They also agreed to increase the annual dues to $500 (from $300) for subsequent <br />years. He asked if Council would show their agreement to this by making a <br />motion. <br />Mr. Goley, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to approve the 1987 dues o= <br />$1,300.and to agree to the annual increase of dues from $300 tb $500. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Approval Given <br />Commission on Aging - There was no report. <br />Finance - Mr. Petschauer said the committee met this evenini.g and discussed <br />the following:' • <br />1) Various ordinances and resolutions that are on the agenda tonight, <br />2) Discussed input from Council regarding needs to be addressed in <br />defining an accouriting and financi•al reporting system, <br />3) Data from various Hillcrest communities regarding firefighter <br />sick time a <br />4) 1988 tax budget. Mr. Patrick explained that Council has two options; they could either hold <br />a Special-Council Meeting to adopt the resolution, or he could write to <br />request an extension. He asked for Council's pleasure. <br />Council agreed to hold a Special Council Meeting on Monday, July 6, at 8 <br />p.m, to adopt this resolution.. The Council Caucus scheduled for this same <br />time will be held following the meeting (about 8:30 p.m.)
