Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mr: Goley, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 87-61. Mayor Carmen explained that this is a small parcel of land on the.south side of Wilson Mills Road next to the.freeuiay exit. By adopting this resolution, the Village will have control of that piece of land. He said it goes into the old Beecher's Brook area and a property owner had the desire to turn it into a gas station. This would enable the Village to control that piece of property so that that could not happen.
