(First <br />Reading 6/15/87, Second Reading 7/20/87.) <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 87-42. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Musca Property - Mr. Petschauer,.seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to <br />delete this item from the agenda. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Item Deleted From Agenda <br />Planning Consultant - Mr. Feneli said Mr. Foster Armstrong would be available <br />to meet with Council on Septmeber 21 at 7:30 if they would like to meet with <br />him. Council agreed to meet with Mr. Armstrong at 7:30 on September 21. The <br />Finance Committee will meet at 7:15, and reconvene after the Regular Council <br />Meeting if necessary. <br />Traffic Signai SOM and Beta - Mr. Basile said he has advised the Wilson Mills <br />Coalition that the Village does not have the money in the budget for a traffic signal. <br />He said he told Mr. Singer from Allen Bradley if they wanted to put up a signal <br />the Village would accept it. <br />Comments on Village Days - Mr. Pe.tschauer said he they are still tallying, he <br />will report at the next meeting. <br />Sewer Easement from Zolton Mestrits and Marcia Metrits - Mr. Caticchio <br />explained that this was for the small sanitary sewer improvement that was <br />going in on SOM Cneter Road adjacent to Metro Park; there are four property <br />owners there that are going to be tied into the sanitary sewer. He said <br />Mr. Hbvancsek had asked him to prepare a waiver stating that those property <br />owners who were accessing the sewer would not contest an assessment when the <br />regional sewer comes up. He said he revised the agreement according to Mr. <br />Feneli's direction. He presented the waiver to Council. Mr. Caticchio said <br />he would like to get Council's approval of the sanitary sewer subject to the <br />approval of the waiver and the easement by Mr. Feneli. If necessary, the <br />wording in the waiver could be changed. <br />Discussion was held. <br />Mr. Feneli looked over the documents and determined that they were satisfactory. <br />Due to the construction season, he said if Council wanted to enact the necessary <br />legislation, they could do so in title. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Petschauer, made a motion to amend the agenda <br />to include this legislation. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al-I <br />NAYS: iVone Motion Carried <br />Agenda Amended
