141 MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL Mayfield-Village October 5; 1987 The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session on Monday, October 5, 1987, at 8:50 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall, Council President Santo Basile presided. Roll Call: Present: Mr. Basile, Mre Etzler, Mr. Flynn, and Mr. Petschauer Absent : Mrs. Buzek Also Present Were . Mr. Amendola, Mr. Feneli, Mr. Hovancsek, Mro Patrick, Chief Mohr, Chief Stevens, and Miss Heatho First Reading of Resolution No. 87-69, entitled; "A RESOLUTION SUPPLEMENTING A CONTRACT TO NEAT-LINE COMPANY, INC. FOR THE STRIPING OF CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY, DECLARING SUCH CONTRACT TO BE A TRUE EMERGENCY AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. Mr. Etzler, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to supsend the rules of Coun- cil requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions: Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Etzler, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 87- 69e Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted First Reading of Resolution No. 87-70, entitled; "A RESOLUTION DECLARING TER- RACO CONTRACTING, INC., TO BE THE LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER FOR A CONTRACT TO BERM CERTAIN ROADS WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH SAID BIDDER, DECLARING SAID CONTRACT TO BE A TRUE EMERGENCY, REJECTING ALL OTHER BIDS RECEIVED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY."
