He said he does not feel that the money should be spent this year for this projecto Mre Petschauer asked if the berm work was normally included in the contract for resurfacing. Mr. Hovancsek said since 1969 berm work has never been included as part of a resurfacing contract. Mr. Petschauer asked Mrm Hovancsek if he felt it should be.included. - Mr. Hovancsek said that if Council wanted it to be included; it could be in- cluded, but that it would increase the amount of the bids received sig- nificantly. Mra Petschauer said that he thinks the work should be done and stressed why he felt it was important. Mra Petschauer, Mr. Hovancsek, and Mr. Basile commented that many residents have expresse"d concern abou't'the berm situation.
