IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY FIVE DOLLARS ($4,995.00)." In- <br />troduced by Councilman Lawrence J. Flynn. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 87-72, entitled; "A RESOLUTION <br />AWARDING A CONTRACT TO MORTON THIOKOL FOR THE SALE TO THE <br />MUNICIPALITY OF ROAD SALT ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Fred N. Carmen. <br />First Reading"of Ordinance No. 87=32, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING SECTION 1309.07 AND ENACTING NEW SECTION 1309.2,0.10F- T.HE <br />CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING TO PER- <br />MITS AND FEES, REPEALING ALL OTHER ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT <br />HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor 'Fred <br />N. Carmen. <br />Mr. Basile announced that there will be a short Executive Session <br />to discuss litigation matters. <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />Mayor Carmen explained to the audience that no legislation was <br />enacted this evening because only three members of Council were <br />present. He said that if necessary a Special Meeting will be <br />held. <br />Mr. Hovancsek reported on the progress of the Hanover Woods Phase <br />II Development. He said the first layer of asphalt has been ap- <br />plied, the sanitary, water, and storm sewers are in, and the <br />electric and telephone lines will go in in the next few days. He <br />said the gas lines will follow and it should all be completed <br />this ,fall. <br />Mr. Petschauer,.asked Mr., Amendola'to visit the lady at the corner <br />of Wilson Mills and Robley to discuss her concerns face-to-face. <br />Mr. Amendola will look at her problem and meet with her. <br />Mra Basile asked Mr. Hovancsek what is happening with the Horvitz <br />Company relative to the driveway aprons. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said the driveway aprons will be done this week, <br />weather permitting. <br />Mr. Basile asked about the telephone poles on Wilson Mills Road. <br />He said several residents advised him that C.E.I. claims they own <br />the land one foot south of the sidewalk. The residents want to <br />know why they have to pay for the sidewalk. <br /> <br /> <br />
