16 q <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />11/16/87 <br />Page 7 <br />Etzler Letter of Resignation - Mr. Basile said that he received a letter from <br />Mr. Etzler resigning his Council seat retroactive to November lst. <br />Parking Variance Request --Office Building - 6571-Wilson Mills - Mayor Carmen <br />explained to the gentleman in the audience that Council discusses variance <br />requests at their Caucus meetings first. Then, the items are brought up at a <br />regular Council Meeting. Mayor Carmen said Mr. Gulio was welcome to attend <br />the December 7th Council Caucus to discuss this item. <br />Resolution No. 87=75, entitled; "A RESOLUTION URGING THE OHIO GENERAL ASSEMBLY <br />TO ENACT APPROPRIATE LEGISLATION PERTAINING TO AUTOMOBILE TAIL P16IPE INSPEC- <br />TION AND MAINTENANCE IN ORDER TO. AVOID SANCTIONS IMPOSED BY THE FEDERAL <br />GOVERNMENT." Introduced by Mayor Fred N.
