<br />Mayor Carmen explained tha;t we;, have been studying ?,a,;,new phone system for the
<br />past two years. He said that Susan has done a terrific job obtaining com-
<br />petitive prices and concluded that AT&T offers the best service and producte
<br />He said that by going with a new higher tech phone system (A Merlin System)
<br />will save us money over the system we currently use. Mayor Carmen urged Coun-
<br />cil to approve this item.
