? <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />MAYFIELD VII.LAGE <br />January 21, 1991 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Regular Session on Monday, January 21, 1991, at <br />eight o'clock p:m. (8 p.m.) in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall. Council President Bruce <br />Rinker presided. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Present: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, Mr. Pietrafese, <br />and Mr. Rinker <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present: Mayor Carmen, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Hovancsek, Mr. Patrick, Mr. Ramos, <br />Chief Mohr, Chief Stevens, and Miss Heath. <br />Mr. Rinker asked for a moment of silence to honor our armed forces in the Gulf. <br />OPEN PORTION <br />There were no comments. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: <br />Regular Council Meetintz - December 17. 1990 - Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a <br />motion to approve the minutes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Morion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Organizarional Council Meering - January 7, 1991 - Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made <br />a morion to approve the minutes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />COIVIMENTS FROM MAYOR CARMEN <br />Mayor Carmen said that everyone may have noticed the new Village sign in the back of the room. <br />He said there some details that are incorrect which will be modified. If anyone recommends any <br />changes to-let him know. He said the Architectural Review Board will consider how to place them <br />at their next meeting. Mayor Carmen said, assuming everyone likes them we will do more. <br />Mayor Carmen administered oaths of office to Shirley Jay, a member of the Citizen's Advisory <br />Board and to Pat Andrzejczyk of the Recrearion Board.
