28 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />2/1 S/91 <br />Page Four <br />Mr. Flynn asked Mr. Hovancsek to send Council a copy of the information regarding the time <br />frame involved for the job. <br />Third Reading of Ordinance No. 90-47, entitled; "An Ordinance amending Secrion 1153.02(g), of <br />the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, as to prohibit incineration, dumping and <br />storage of garbage or waste and repealing all ordinances inconsistent herewith . Introduced by <br />Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. (First Reading November 19, 1990 & Referred to P&Z, <br />Second Reading December 17, 1990, Public Hearing 2/4/91.) <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a morion to enact Ordinance No. 90-47. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />1Vlotion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Third Reading of Resolution No. 90-53, entided; "A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and <br />President of Council to enter into a contract with Burgess & Niple, Limited to conduct a storm <br />water management utility feasibility study, authorizing the Director of Finance to pay an amount <br />not to exceed forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000.00) and declaring an emergency." (First <br />Reading August 20, 1990, Second Reading and tabled September 17, 1990.) <br />Mr. Pietrafese, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to remove Resolution No. 90-53 from the <br />table. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution 1Zemoved from Table <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a morion to adopt Resolution No. 90-53. <br />Mr. Ramos explained that this resolution was tabled last year, then Council went with URS. Introduced by <br />Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole.
