30 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />2/18/91 <br />Page Six <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolurion Adopted <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />Ordinance Review Agenda - Mr. Ramos said there will be an ordinance regarding the parking in <br />the production/distribution area. <br />Mr. Rinker said the next Ordinance Review Committee meeting will be February 27 at 7:30 p.m. <br />WagesBenefits - Mr. Rinker said Council will adjourn later into Executive Session to discuss this <br />topic. <br />izecycling-Waste Hauling - Mayor Carmen said after the last meering, he asked each company for <br />general informarion about what they have to offer. He thinks after we see what they can do we <br />will then be able to formulate quesrions to ask them. He suggests talking to all three companies in <br />one evening because it is usually easier to make a comparison when all informarion presented the <br />same evenmg. . <br />Mayor Carmen and Council agreed that the three companies (Inland, BFI, and Waste Management) <br />should be invited to the Council Caucus on March 4, beginning at 8 p.m. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 91-03, enrided; "An ordinance submitting to the electorate of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio, Ordinance No. 90-47 that amends the Planning and Zoning Code of <br />Mayf'ield Village, Ohio, providing for all necessary procedures in connecrion therewith anci <br />declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Pietrafese, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 91-03. <br />Mr. Ramos said this ordinance sets out the procedure for submitting Ordinance No. 90-47 to the <br />ballot for May. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 91-04, entitled; "An ordinance enacting Section 1309.21 of the <br />Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, pertaining to the fee for inquiries regarding <br />development within the Flood Plain District and declaring an emergency." Iniroduced by Mayor <br />Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br /> <br /> <br />
