32 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />2/18/91 <br />Page Eight <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 91-16, entitled; "A Resolution authorizing the expenditure of two <br />thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) to the Mayfield Township Historical Society for the <br />restoration of the historical Bennett-Van Curen Building and declaring an emergency." He said that <br />back in October or November two residents were appointed to the Records Commission. <br />Unfortunately, according to the ordinance they were supposed to be appointed January 1, 1990. <br />Consequently, this legislation confums their appointment and sets the terms so that they can serve <br />until December 31, 1991. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 91-18, enrided; "A Resolution establishing the compensation of <br />the Animal Warden and declaring an emergency."
