37 <br />Special Council Meeting <br />2/27/91 <br />Page Three <br />ROLL CAI.L: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 91-06. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Cazried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Mr. Rinker stated that Pat Dearden from the Police Department has requested a meeting be <br />scheduled with Larry Barrett and the employees. <br />Following discussion, Miss Heath to schedule a meeting with Larry Barrett and employees and <br />notify Council Members. Those who would be available could attend. In addition, a new <br />proposal is being presented Monday night at 8:15 p.m. Miss Heath to send notice to the <br />Departments that if anyone wishes to attend they could do so. <br />Mr. Rinker stated that Gazebo donations are still being accepted. If anyone wishes to donate, Buy- <br />a-Brick is $10 and General Donarions begin at $25. Donations should be turned in no later than <br />Friday. <br />Mr. Patrick stated that the Village audit is going well. There are some letters from Council still out <br />and they would like them returned as soon as possible. <br />Mr. Rinker asked Mr. Hovancsek for comment on the URS Upper Forty Outlet Plan. <br />Mr. Hovancsek stated that he had spoken with them today and they will be dropping off final <br />copies tomorrow. He had asked them to have two large copies of the exhibit so it can be <br />displayed. They have made the correcrions he requested. <br />Mr. Rinker asked that the information be here for the packets on Friday. <br />Mr. Hovancsek to ca11 them and if it is not possible to have the informarion for Friday, they should <br />have it by Monday for sure. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adjourn. <br />There being no objections, the meeting adjourned at 8 p.m. <br />
