MIlVUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL MAYFIELD VILLAGE MARCH 4, 1991 The Council of Mayf'ield Village met in Special Session on Monday, Mazch 4, 1991, at eight o'clock (8:00) p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall. Council President Bruce Rinker presided. ROLL CALL: Present: Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, Mr. Pietrafese, and Mr. Rinker. Absent: Mr. Basile Also Present Were: Mayor Carmen, Mr. Patrick, Mr. Ramos, Chief Mohr, Chief Stevens, and Miss Heath Mr. Rinker said he would like to amend the agenda to include Ordinance No. 91-07. Mr. Ramos said that an ordinance regarding the drainage structure was prepazed by the County and that he would like to use that ordinance rather than the one he prepared. First Reading of Ordinance No. 91-07, entitled; "An emergency ordinance enacted by the Village Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a morion to susgend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. of Mayfield, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the MUNICIPALITY, in the matter hereinafter described improvement and requests the cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga by its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Morion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a morion to enact Ordinance No. 91-07. Mr. Ramos explained that Council must pass this ordinance which approves the agreement signed by the Village and the County. Then, hopefully at the next Council Meeting they will be able to pass a resolution authorizing DDD to start work on the drainage structure. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Morion Carried Ordinance Enacted Mr. Rinker said the next order of business is regarding as easement for Village Trails.
