?? <br />Special Council Meeting <br />3/4/91 <br />Page Two <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 91-24, entitled; "A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and <br />President of Council to accept a temporary right-of-entry from Village Trails for the removal and <br />replacement of the Wilson Mills Road drainage siructure and declaring an emergency." Introduced <br />by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a <br />resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CAI L: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Itules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Fenante, made a morion to adopt Resolution No. 91-24. <br />Mr. Ramos said that by adopting this resolurion will give a temporary right-of-eniry authorizing the <br />Village to start work on the drainage structure. A permanent easement will also be signed. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion <br />to approve the minutes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Mr. Rinker said the next item of business is approval of the SPAN dues. <br />First Reading of Resolurion No. 91-22, entitled; "A Resolution authorizing payment to the <br />Suburban Anti-Crime Network in the amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) for Mayfield <br />Village's contriburion to the 1991 budget and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor <br />Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a morion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a <br />resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />12ules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 91-22. <br />Mr. Ramos explained that Council usually authorizes $2,500 annually to S.PA.N., however the <br />remaining communities met and they are purchasing additional equipment this year and have <br />requested a$5,000 contriburion from each community.
