48 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />3/18/91 <br />Page Four <br />Mr. Amendola said that he has received an excellent response from businesses regarding the <br />change in the sign ordinance; all but about five have discussed that they are going to do. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said that last Friday he received a copy of the report regarding the storm water <br />report for Upper Forty. He met with the committee and sent his comments to Burgess and Niple. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he would recommend accepting this particular drainage study. <br />Mr. Patrick reported that the Auditor's Office has completed their audit and filed a report. <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola said the Board met and passed on a new single-family <br />dwelling, an accessory building, and four room additions. <br />Board of Anpeals - Mr. Amendola said there was no requirement for a meeting. <br />CemetM- Mrs. Cinco said there was no report. <br />Citizen's Advisorv Committee - Mr. Pietrafese said the next meeting will be held Monday, March <br />25, at 8 p.m. <br />Commission on A ig?ng - Mrs. Mills said that Eunice Kalina sent out a very good newsletter. As far <br />as all the activities that will be happening, the most important function will be held in May which is <br />their Anniversary Luncheon. <br />Finance - Mr. Flynn said the Committee met this evening. One of the items for the March 25 <br />Special Meering will be the 1991 budget. He said the committee recommends the purchase of <br />lighting from G.E. and installarion of the lighting at Wiley Park for $20,100. Mr. Flynn said the <br />committee discussed the municipal complex. Mr. Flynn said they also discussed a number of items <br />regarding the Building Department. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mr. Ferrante said that there was no meeting; no report. <br />Historical Societv - Mrs. Cinco said that the renovarion is going well, approximately 90°Io of the <br />work on the first floor has been completed. The Art Show, sponsored by Lee Fana will be held <br />May 16-19. Mrs. Cinco said Pat Negrelli (President of the Historical Society) is in the audience. <br />Mrs. Negrelli expressed thanks to the Village for its cooperation. She said the dollars the Village <br />gave them were put direcdy into the house. She explained that their fund-raising events work to <br />pay off the loan. Mrs. Negrelli said they will be rebuilding walls and they hope to have an open <br />house and some rooms open soon. <br />Mr. Rinker said it is heartening to see how this is taking off. <br />Mrs. Negrelli said the building is in use all of the time. <br />M.A.R.C. - Mrs. Cinco said that a meeting was held March 7. She reported that general items <br />were discussed and that she had passed on copies of the minutes.
