52 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />3/18/91 <br />Page Eight <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to adopt Resolurion No. 91-25. <br />Chief Stevens said that this is the second half of the package. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mr. Ramos said that Mr. Patrick suggested that Council amend the agenda to pass an ordinance in <br />title only which would authorize an advance of $27,817.50 to be transferred into the Recreation <br />Fund. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a morion to amend the agenda to include consideration <br />of the above-mentioned ordinance. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Agenda Amended <br />Mr. Ramos read the tide of the ordinance as follows: <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 91-09, entitled; "An Ordinance authorizing the Director of Finance <br />to proceed with an advance within the fund accounting structure of Mayfield Village for the <br />baseball field lighring and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as <br />a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Canied <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 91-09 in title. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Morion Carried Ordinance Enacted <br />(in title only) <br />Mrs. Cinco said she would like to amend the agenda to consider Gus's questions about replacing <br />the 1979 salt truck; we need approval to go out for bids. <br />Mayor Carmen said the Clerk of Council could place the advertisement for bids.
