He cited the list of ten streets which in Mr. Hovancsek's estimation are likely candidates <br />for the road replacement program this year. Mayor Carmen said, with Council's pernussion he <br />would like to tell Mr. Hovancsek to rate them in terms of worst to best. And, in that order they <br />should go out for bids. <br />Mr. Rinker said that Mr. Rieber had questions about Beecher's Brook. <br />• Discussion was held. <br />Mayor Carmen explained the options the homeowner s have regarding the paving of Beecher's <br />Brook Drive and suggested that we invite them in to explain to them their options. <br />Mr. Rinker said he would like a morion for an Executive Session to discuss new matters of <br />litigation and payroll information. <br />Mr. Basile said the bridge at the house two houses over from the historical house is falling apart. <br />Mr. Amendola said the landlord has been notified. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to recess into Executive Session. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Morion Carried <br />Council went into Execurive Session at 9:17 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 10 p.m. <br />There being no further business, Mr. Pietrafese, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to <br />adjourn. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Morion Carried <br />The meeting adjourned at 10 p.m. <br />? <br />? <br />BRUCE G.
