?. <br />55 <br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />MARCH 25, 1991 <br />MAYFIELD VII.LAGE <br />The Mayfield Village Council met in Special Session Monday March 25, 1991, at 7:34 p.m. in the <br />Council Chambers at Village Hall. <br />Present: Mr. Basile, Mr. Ferrante, Mrs. Mills, Mr. Pietrafese, and Mr. Rinker. <br />Also Present: Mr. Amendola, Mr. Patrick, Mr. Ramos and Miss Heath. <br />Mr. Rinker stated that the meeting was originally called because Mr. Patrick had requested <br />consideration of the appropriations ordinance. Mr. Rinker said that it was learned that the County <br />Board of Commissioners approved the work to be approved by DDD Construction. An easement <br />has been signed by Marino et al to allow us to work on the removal and the replacement of the <br />drainage structure. Mr. Rinker said we can once again approve in proper order the awarding of the <br />contract to DDD. <br />First Readingof Ordinance 91-10, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR <br />CURRENT EXPENSES & EXPENDITURES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO FOR TBE <br />PERIOD FROM 0 1/0 1/91 AND ENDING 12/31/91, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." <br />Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Patrick said that this is the annual appropriations ordinance which is required to be passed by <br />the Village on or before March 31. Mr. Patrick explained that the ordinance has enough <br />information completed to be passed; the details on the general fund have not been filled in. Mr. <br />Pabrick explained that the $618 can be transfened to the Recreation Fund this year which can be <br />done by this legislation. <br />Council was given a new page 6 to this ordinance which reflects a correction in Section C so that <br />the written and printed amounts agree. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance 91-10. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Mrs. Mills said she wishes they would be able to get a run down on the General Fund and Section <br />10 as soon as possible. <br />Mr. Patrick said he expects that information will be forthcoming about Apri12 or 3. It will be in <br />the financial reports that are coming out in the end of March.
