Regular Council Meering 4/15/91 Page Seven Morion to annrove the sale by the municipality of one 1988 Ford Crown Victoria (in the amount of $2,475 to Victor Gazdak, and rejecting all other bids received) Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to authorize the acceptance of the bid received for the 1988 Ford Crown Victoria from Victor Gazdak in the amount of $2,475 from Victor Gazdak, rejecting all other bids received ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Morion Carried Authorization Given Motion to app-rove the expenditure of $3,980 for the purchase of one postage meter (Mode16274 - $2,935 and one electronic 5-lb. scale (Model EMS-5 -$1,045) from Pitnev Bowes. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize the expenditure of $3,980 for the purchase by the municipality of one Mode16274 postage meter and one 5-pound electronic scale (Model EMS-5) from Pitney Bowes. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Morion Carried Expenditure Authoiized Mr. Rinker asked if Council would make a morion to adjourn into Execurive Session to discuss litigarion. Mr. Pietrafese, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a morion to recess into Execurive Session to discuss litigation. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Council went into Executive Session at 9:15 p.m. Council reconvened at 10 p.m. NEW BUSINESS: First Reading of Ordinance No. 91-11, entitled; "An Ordinance amending Section 1321.04 of the Codif'ied Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, pertaining to the Regional Dwelling House Code, repealing all ordinances inconsistent herewith and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Morion Carried Rules Suspended
