64.3 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />4/15/91 <br />Page Six <br />Mr. Ramos to copy Council with the letter (by April 25) for everyone. <br />Mayor Carmen asked Mr. Ramos to attend the home owner's meeting on Apri125. <br />Villa e Trails - Mr. Hovancsek said he reviewed the various subdivision plats. There are 3 <br />subdivisions; two in Mayfield Village, one in Gates Mills. He said the final plats are ready to be <br />signed by various people for formal submittal to the municipality. He met with the developer and <br />the engineer for the developer. Mr. Hovancsek said they will have the changes back to him by the <br />end of the week and a preliminary cost estimate will be submitted to him. The thing remaining will <br />be the conclusion of the litigation so that they can resolve the sanitary sewer issue. He explained <br />the theory of pumping stations and the sewage affluent holding tank (concept of two-stage <br />pumping.) Mr. Hovancsek explained this system is the same system as Hanover Woods has. The <br />system has no overflow so no dumping can occur if there is. a major power failure. It could be <br />kept running with a diesel generator. <br />Motion to approve expenditure for Fireworks -$5,000 to North Coast Inter Group, Inc. (on behalf <br />of Coyote Rainbow Display) and to reject all other bids <br />Mr. Pietrafese, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to approve the expenditure of $5,000 to <br />North Coast Inter Group, Inc. for the 1991 fireworks display. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Morion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Approval of contract for nerformance by Eddie and the Edsels ($750) <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to approve the expenditure of $750 to Eddie <br />and the Edsels for performance at 1950s Night. <br />Miss Heath confumed that the cost for their performance will be picked up by Pizzazz. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion to anprove the sale by the municipalitv of one 1985 Chevrolet Imapla (to Michael Girbino <br />in the amount of $300, and rejecring all other bids received) " <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a morion to authorize the acceptance of the bid received <br />for the 1985 Chevrolet Impala from Michael Girbino in the amount of $300, rejecring all other bids <br />received. <br />Mr. Fietrafese asked how the bids were done. <br />1Vlorion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br /> <br /> <br />Miss Heath explained that since this was an informal bid, norices were posted on the bulletin <br />boards of all departments.
