73 <br />Special Council Meeting <br />4/29/91 <br />Page Three <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 91-28, entitled; "A resolution providing for the employment of an <br />Engineer for Mayfield Village, Ohio, and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Carmen <br />and the Entire Council. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiririg a <br />resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a morion to adopt Resolution No. 91-28. <br />Mr. Rinker said that Council has gone through these at other meetings so that is why there is not a <br />lot of discussion. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Morion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 91-29, entitled; A resolution establishing terms, condirions and <br />compensation for the services of the Prosecutor and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Carmen <br />and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a <br />resoludon to be read on three separate occasions.
