Introduced by Mayor <br />Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Pietrafese arrived at this time (8:17 p.m.) <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a rzlotion to made a motion to adopt Resolution No. <br />91-39. <br />Mrs. Mills she believes this is the first time we have recognized the Horticultural School for their <br />work. They have done a lot of work at the fTistorical House. Mrs. Mills said the Horticultural <br />School, located in Gates Mills, encompasses'about nine different school districts. Children are <br />taught all aspects of flower arranging and horticulture.
