<br />MINUTES OF TBE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />MAYFIELD VII.LAGE <br />MAY 20, 1991 <br />The Mayfield Village Council met in Regular Session on Monday, May 20, 1991 at 8:00 p.m. in <br />the Council Chambers at Village Hall. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, <br />Mr. Pietrafese, and Mr. Rinker. <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present Were: Mayor Carmen, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Hovancsek (8:04), Mr. Patrick, <br />Mr. Ramos, Chief Mohr, Chief Stevens, and Donna Heath. <br />OPEN PORTION: <br />Rosemary Balazs from C.E.I., our new Governmental Affairs representative - said she wanted to <br />introduce herself and if anyone has any questions, she would be happy to answer them. She said <br />C.E.I. is working on getting the street light conversion completed. They hope to have the project <br />completed shortly. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: <br />Regular Council Meering - April 15. 1991 - Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to <br />approve the minutes. <br />ROLL CAI.L: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Minutes of a S12ecial Meering of Council - A12ri129. 1991 - Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. <br />Fietrafese, made a morion to approve the minutes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: 'None Morion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Mr. Hovancsek arrived at this rime (8:04) p.m. <br />Minutes of a Special Meeting Council - May 6. 1991 - Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Fenante, <br />made a motion to approve the minutes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Morion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />
