Drane Company in the amount of three thousand eight hundred sixty-two dollars and seventy <br />cents ($3,862.70) for updaring the Village Codified Ordinances and other services and declaring an <br />emergency." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a <br />resolurion to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 91-59. <br />Mr. Ramos said the services they provide work; if you call them to request copies of legislarion <br />adopted in other cities about a particular subject they will send you copies of ordinances adopted in <br />Ohio and Pennsylvania. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Readiniz of Resolurion No. 91-60, entided; "A resolurion authorizing the Mayor and President <br />of Council to enter into an agreement establishing a cooperative venture with adjacent communiries <br />for the establishment of a four hundred rnz receiver/transmitter backbone system required to <br />upgrade the fire emergency medical service radio system, authorizing the expenditure of a sum not <br />to exceed five thousand eight hundred dollazs ($5,800.00) for the purchase of such system and <br />declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a morion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a <br />resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a morion to adopt Resolution No. 91-60. <br />Chief Mohr said that Mr. Patrick has some concerns about the language in the contract. <br />Mr. Patrick explained that the contract will require him to maintain resources; that he is supposed to <br />collect $500 per community beginning in 1992. <br />Mayor Carmen asked if the other communities have adopted legislation that they will prompdy <br />reimburse us. <br />Mr. Ramos explained that Mayf'ield Village will establish an account and on September lst each <br />year beginning in 1992 each community will make its contriburion.
