tio Itegular Council Meering 6/17/91 Page Twelve Mayor Carmen said he foresees no problems if the other communities are contracted. Mr. Ramos said as faz as the contract is concerned, it is okay. Mr. Patrick is concerned about how the accounting can be set up. Discussion was held. Mayor Carmen said that he and Mr. Patrick will address this issue on Wednesday and the legislation will be adopted at the next meeting which could be next week. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to retract their motion to adopt Resolution No. 91-60. Resolurion No. 91-61, entitled; "A resolurion commending Sergeant Mac A. Griesmar for his time and efforts in establishing the D.A.R.E. Program in the Mayfield Local Schools. Iniroduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 91-61. IZOLL CALI,: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carrieci Resolution Adopted ? ? Resolurion No. 91-62, entitled; "A Resolution of Appreciation to Itobert Stabile, PH.D." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 91-62. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None First Reading of Ordinance No. 91-22, entided; "An ordinance approving the editing and inclusion of certain ordinances as parts of various component parts of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield dillage, Ohio, and declaring an emergency." Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a morion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
