105 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />6/17/91 <br />Page S even , <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 91-19, entitled; "An ordinance enacting new section 521.08 of <br />the Codified Ordinances of Mayf'ield Village pertaining to littering and deposit of waste materials, <br />repealing existing section 521.08 and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and <br />Council as a Whole. (First Reading 5/20/91) <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 91-19. <br />Mr. Ramos said this legislation is in response to Mr. Flynn's request as far as other people <br />depositing waste materials into another's receptacle. This notifies them of the penalties to the <br />ordinance. <br />Mr. Flynn asked Miss Heath to obtain information about srickers to be placed on the outside of the <br />receptacles. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted <br />Second ReadinLy of Ordinance No. 91-20, entitled; "An ordinance amending Chapter 1173 of the <br />Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, pertaining to office-laboratory use and area <br />regulations in the Producrion-Distriburion District and repealing all ordinances inconsistent <br />herewith. Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 5/20/91; <br />Referred to P&Z.) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to amend the Ordinance (Secrion 1173.04 of <br />the ordinance.) ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br /> <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Ordinance Amended <br />Mr. Ramos said a Public Hearing must be scheduled for August 5. <br />At this time, Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a morion to recess into Executive <br />Session to discuss litigation matters. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Camed <br />Council went into Executive Session at 8:50 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 9:52 p.m. <br />
