104 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />6/17/91 <br />Page Six <br />IZOLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />1Vlotion Carried <br />Letter Approved <br />Villa e Trails - Mr. Hovancsek had given an update on this already. <br />Oalcton Circle Drainage - Mr. Hovancsek said he and the Law Director will meet with the residents <br />eazly next week and will get back to Council immediately thereafter, they will have something by <br />Caucus. <br />Upper 40/Metropark - Mr. Hovancsek reported that there is no meeting scheduled as yet; they <br />wanted to look at it first. He hopes to be able to schedule time next week now that they have had <br />an opportunity to talk to the Board. <br />Mr. Rinker asked that Mr. Hovancsek advise he, Mrs. Mills, and other Village officials of the date <br />set. <br />Water District UVdate - Mr. Rinker asked Mr.Hovancsek to give an update on the work Dave <br />Pyzoha is doing. If they can give us a rimetable we will ask him to commit to a tune to resubmit it <br />to us. <br />Rubbish/Recycling - Mayor Carmen said that we will take names of those interested in picking up <br />the specifications and we will send them to those individuals who ask. <br />Execurive Session -1VIr. Rinker said the party that is to meet with Council in Executive Session has <br />not yet arrived, so we will conrinue with the items the agenda. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 91-15, entitled; "An ordinance providing for the issuance and <br />sale of $440,000 of bonds of Mayfield Village, Ohio, to pay costs of constructing, in cooperation <br />with Cuyahoga County, water mains, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, in <br />Wilson Mills Road from S.O.M. Center Road to the westerly corporate limits, and declaring an <br />emergency." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and the Entire Council. (First Reading 5/20/91) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a morion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 91-15. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br /> <br /> <br />
