? ??, <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />7/15/91 <br />Page Two <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: <br />Snecial Council Meeting - June 3. 1991 - Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to <br />approve the minutes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />1Zegular Council Meeting - 7une 17. 1991 - Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to <br />approve the minutes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Morion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Regular Council Meeriniz - June 26, 1991 - Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Pietrafese, made a motion <br />to approve the minutes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />COMVIEENT'S FROM MAYOR CARMEN <br />Mayor Carmen said we are finalizing plans for 1850°s Night. The event will be held on Saturday, <br />July 20, from 6-11 p.m. Activities scheduled include a"quick-draw" artist, western skits by the <br />Mayfield High School Drama Club, live music by the "Boiled Buzzards", a strolling barbershop <br />quartet, an authentic stagecoach display (from resident Howard Schulz), haywagon ndes, and <br />pony rides. Volunteers are needed; contact Donna. <br />COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT RINKER <br />Mr. Rinker said he has no comments at this time. <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS <br />Mr. Patrick said he would like to commend his staff for the wonderful job they did while he was <br />on vacation. Mr. Patrick reported that Moody's increased the Village's bond rating status from an <br />"A" to "A-l." <br />U <br />Mayor Carmen said that Mr. Patrick did a tremendous job coordinating this project. He said he did <br />a stellar job putting the presentation together and extended a hearty thank-you. <br />Mr. Ramos said he hopes that an Ordinance Review Meering is scheduled; he has several items to <br />discuss. An agenda will be included in the paclcet. <br />STANDING COMN[ITTEE REPORTS <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola said the Board met and passed on a sign, a room <br />addirion, and a deck. <br />Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola said they were not required to meet this month.
