127 Regulaz Council Meeting 7/15/91 Page Seven ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Pietrafese, made a motion to adopt Ordinance No. 91-26. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Readiniz of Ordinance No. 91-27. entided; "An Ordinance granting an extension to Fisher's Tavern for the purpose of complying with Ordinance No. 85-16 pertaining to signs located on certain property known as 718 S.O.M. Center Road and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Caimen and Council as a Whole. Mr. Ramos said if Council wishes to amend the ordinance to include the removal of the neon and post signs they could make a morion to amend the legislation at this time. Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a morion to amend Ordinance No. 91-27 to include the above-mentioned amendment. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Amended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
