126 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />7/15/91 <br />Page Six <br />Mr. Ramos explained that Council authorized Aero-Mark to stripe the streets. Since that rime we <br />would like to stripe the bike path for an approximate amount of $400. Since the resolution was <br />passed at the last Council meeting, he would like to ask Council to make a motion to approve an <br />expenditure up to $400 to Aero-Mark for the striping of the bike path. He asked that Council make <br />a modon to amend the agenda to include this motion. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to amend the agenda to include "Striping of <br />the Bike Path." <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Morion Carried <br />Agenda Amended <br />Striping of Bike Path <br />Mr. Pietrafese, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a morion to approve the expenditure up to $400 to <br />Aero-Mark Inc. for the striping of the bike path. <br /> <br />Mr. Basile recommended that the bike path be marked with a diamond. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />7 <br />'?i, <br />Mr. F1ynn said he would like to amend the agenda to include a motion to accept the bid from <br />Vandra Brothers for the concrete replacement program. <br />Mr. Ferrante seconded by motion. <br />ROLL CALI.: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Agenda Amended <br />Concrete Replacement Project - Mr. Ramos said the resolution will be number 91-68 and it should <br />be placed at the end of the agenda. <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 91-26, enritled; "An Ordinance providing for the final terms of <br />bonds authorized by Ordinance No. 91-15, passed on June 17, 1991, to pay costs of constructing, <br />in cooperation with Cuyahoga County, water mains, together with the necessary appurtenances <br />thereto, in Wilson Mills Road from S.O.M. Center Road to the westerly corporate limits, <br />amending Sections 1 and 2 of that ordinance, authorizing the signing of a bond registrar agreement <br />and a bond purchase agreement relating thereto, and declaring an emergency." Introduced by <br />Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />
