157 <br />SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />1Vlayfield Village <br />August 28, 1991 <br />The Council of Mayf'ield Village met in Special Session on Wednesday, August 28, 1991, at <br />seven-thirty p.m. (7:30 p.m.) in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall. Council President <br />Bruce Rinker presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills (7:45), <br />Mr. Pietrafese, and Mr. Rinker. <br />Also Present Were: Mr. Hovancsek, Mr. Ramos, Mrs. Martin <br />Mr. Rinker stated that Ordinance No. 91-20 is on the agenda. He would like to amend the agenda <br />to include Ordinance No. 91-42; the legislation enabling Ordinance 91-20 to be included on the <br />ballot. Mr. Rinker said he had also received a note from Mr. Patrick concerning a change-order for <br />street striping that has been previously discussed. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to amend the agenda to include the above- <br />mentioned items. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Camed <br />Agenda Amended <br />Third Reading of Ordinance No. 91-20, entided; "An ordinance amending Chapter 1173 of the <br />Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, pertaining to office-laboratory use and area <br />regulations in the production-distriburion district and repealing all ordinances inconsistent <br />herewith." (First Reading 5/20/91, Second Reading 6/17/91 & amended, Public Hearing 8/5/91, <br />Second Reading again 8/19/91.) Intzoduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Ramos read the amended sections of the ordinance for Council. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a morion to enact Ordinance No. 91-20. <br />ROLL CALL; AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 91-42, entided; "An ordinance submitting to the electorate of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio, Ordinance No. 91-20 that amends the Planning and Zoning Code of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio, providing for all necessary procedures in connecrion therewith and <br />declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a morion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. , <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Rules Suspended
