15 8 <br />? <br />\ <br />Special Council Meering <br />8/28/91 <br />Page Two <br />Mr. Ramos reviewed the procedure required to place the ordinance on the ballot. He explained that <br />the wording to appeaz on the ballot will be reviewed. If necessary, changes will be made to make <br />it as clear as possible. An article will be included in the "Voice of the Village" for further <br />clarificarion. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 91-42. <br />ROLL CALL; AYES: All <br />1VAYS: None <br />Mrs. Mills arrived at this time (7:45 p.m.) <br />Mr. Rinker asked for a motion to cover a change-order to complete the required lane markings for <br />the right-turn lane in the amount of $142. <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br /> <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to authorize a change-order in the amount of <br />$142 to Aero-Mazk, Inc. for the striping of certain streets in Mayfield Village. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Authorization Given <br /> <br />Mr. Rinker asked if there were any other matters for discussion. <br />Mr. Ramos stated that Mr. Jeff Schiemann, attorney for Dr. Alexander, had been in contact with <br />him. Dr. Alexander lives on the other side of the creek from Mr. Haffey and is asking for some <br />payment for the work that he has voluntarily done (including the placement of gabians.) <br />After further discussion, Mr. Rinker suggested that if the attorney contacted the Law Director <br />again, he should refer him to Personal Services Insurance Company (for anything regarding this <br />matter.) <br />?FRED N.
