H ti Clerk of Cauncil <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />9/13/91 <br />Page Nine <br />First Readin,g of Resolution No. 91-80, entitled; "A resolution accepting the bid of Warren Fire <br />Equipment, Inc. to be the lowest and best bid for the purchase of six self-contained breathing <br />apparatus with trade-in in an amount not to exceed six thousand nine hundred dollars ($6,900.00) <br />authorizing the Director of Finance to pay such amount, rejecting all other bids and declaring an <br />emergency." Introduced by Mayor Cannen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a morion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 91-80. <br />Chief Mohr said he feels we are getting a good deal. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />ANY OTHER MATTER TO COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />Mr. Rinker asked if there was any additional matter to amend the agenda to handle. <br />Mrs. Mills said Jadd Mall looks great. <br />Mrs. Cinco agreed. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to adjourn the meeting. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />e me ting adjournedAt- . m. _ <br />, <br />?UC .
