Inlroduced by Mayor Camien and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a morion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a <br />resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Fenante, made a motion to adopt Resolurion No. 91-76. <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br /> <br />Mr. Patrick said this is for final payment for Squires, Sanders and Dempsey. They have prepared <br />all transcripts and documents relarive to the bond sale completed in July for the water line installeri <br />in 1987. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br /> <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 91-77, enritled; "A resolurion authorizing the Director of Finance <br />to make payment to S& R Micom in the amount of five thousand ninety-five dollars ($5,095.00) <br />for the purchase of computer hardware and software for the community aid program and declaring <br />an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Rinker said he understands the Finance Committee and Chief Mohr have asked that this <br />resolution be kept on first reading. <br />Resolution No. 91-78, enritled; "A resolution authorizing the Village of Mayfield to participate in <br />Ohio's Cooperative Purchasing Program." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Pietrafese, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 91-78. <br />Mr. Ramos said this State program provides a list of contractors or suppliers that a municipality <br />can contract with without going through the bid process. It usually applies to purchase of motor <br />vehicles.
