? 74 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />10/21/91 <br />Page Eight <br />Mrs. Mills asked if Mr. Schulte could be invited to attend the Ordinance Review meeting. <br />Mr. Amendola will invite him. <br />Mr. Rinker asked in what kind of timetable we expect them to respond; <br />is it realistic to expect fruition by the next Regular Planning and Zoning Meeting. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he cannot say; but it is not probable. He realizes Planning and Zoning will <br />look for his input on those items, however, he would like several days to look at the drawings. <br />Status Roort on Maze - Mayor Carmen said we have had tremendous favorable response. They <br />made $5,300 in three days. He said we expect that we have broken even as of this date so the next <br />16 days should be profit. <br />Village Trails Update - Mr. Hovancsek said the asphalt is being put on, the clean-up work started <br />today. Weather permitting, they will finish the asphalt work tomorrow. It appears to be moving <br />on reasonably well. <br />Mr. Rinker asked if Mr. Hovancsek felt everything was running smoothly and on schedule. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said they had some problems on the force main but seem to be in good shape now. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 91-48, entitled; "An ordinance amending Sections 1185.14(c) (7) <br />and 1185.(d)(4) of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, pertaining to the locarion of <br />ground signs in respect to the roadway and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor <br />Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a morion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a morion to enact Ordinance No. 91-48. <br />Mr. Ramos said Mr. Amendola recommended that we allow parallel as well as perpendiculaz, <br />parking in some areas.
